Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)


Make an Impact
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands-on role offers variety, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a difference every day.

  • Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests across HOA/COA communities
  • Complete work involving carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction
  • Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, and wood trim
  • Work on ladders for roofs, siding, and exterior maintenance
  • Provide excellent service to homeowners and Boards
  • Manage priorities, handle on-call emergencies, and work independently

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic hand tools required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
