We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, property upkeep, and resident satisfaction. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the quality, appearance, and functionality of the community.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the community including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Complete unit turns efficiently and to quality standards, ensuring apartments are rent-ready on schedule
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders, delivering a courteous and professional experience
• Maintain the exterior grounds, common areas, and amenity spaces to a high standard of appearance
• Inspect buildings and systems regularly to identify and address issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed under the direction of property management
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, parts used, and ongoing issues
• Support emergency on-call maintenance coverage as part of a rotating schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily residential or hospitality settings
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general carpentry
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification preferred; additional trade certifications a plus
• Experience with Resman or similar property management software is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional, resident-focused communication style
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Ability to relocate prior to start date if necessary

• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights
