Maintenance Technician/Assistant Maintenance Manager to help keep
The Pointe at Bentonville running smoothly and looking great. If you’re skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and make-readies — and you take pride in delivering high‑quality work — this role is a strong match.You’ll work hands-on daily, respond to resident service requests, support efficient and accurate apartment turns, and partner with the Maintenance Manager to maintain a safe, clean, well‑operated community.
What You’ll Do- Complete resident work orders promptly, professionally, and with great customer service
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance needs
- Complete make‑ready units following Venterra’s TQMR standards
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine property upkeep
- Support daily operations and coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Participate in the on‑call rotation
What You Need- Previous experience in multifamily or facility maintenance
- HVAC certification required; CPO preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
