As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department, with responsibilities split between 75% mechanical work and 25% electrical work. You will primarily work on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems, and handle low voltage electrical troubleshooting on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines. Proficiency with photo eyes and sensors is essential, and a basic understanding of TIG, MIG, and Stick welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems.
• Conduct low voltage electrical troubleshooting on conveyor systems and robotic welder machines.
• Utilize skills in troubleshooting and repair to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to facilitate maintenance tasks.
• Apply knowledge of photo eyes and sensors in maintenance operations.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting involving motors and hydraulics.
• Capable of electrical troubleshooting with low voltage up to 220v, with 480v 3-phase preferred.
• Expected to have welding experience in any form.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of TIG, MIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Experience with photo eyes and sensors.

Work Environment

The work environment offers two current openings on 3rd shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule of 6:30pm-6:30am or 7:30pm-4:15am from Monday to Friday, and one opening on 1st shift from 7:30am-4:15pm Monday to Friday. This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr.
