Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Weekends as needed)

Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production uptime, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance processes.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a balance of technical expertise, team development, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people, processes, and projects while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all maintenance activities
- Plan and coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot and support repair of manufacturing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Manage maintenance-related projects, including equipment installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime
- Track maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI/TPM)
- Oversee department budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, parts, and technical support
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge (intermediate to advanced)
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, and sanitary systems
- Fabrication or TIG welding experience

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $100,000 salary range based on experience
