The Headlines:

In the role of Equipment Specialist Leader working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Golden Packaging Leadership Team. You will be responsible for a 24/7 asset care team comprised of Plant Maintenance Mechanics, Instrumentation & Controls Electricians, and Senior Specialists. You will be responsible for driving functional problem solving, innovations and process improvement of assets, processes, and technology. You will provide support and expertise for asset management, machine availability, reliability, and performance through leadership of the maintenance team.

This position reports to the Manager, Asset Care and works closely with maintenance leads, process leads, line leads, and craft teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead and coach a team of talented equipment specialists,and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-oneconversations
  • Support the overall asset management strategy to support optimal machine reliability of Packaging equipment, including Fillers, Seamers, Packers, Palletizers, and more.
  • Collaborate at a high level with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to guide and support overall departmental performance.
  • Lead training and craft progression program for department, including planning & coordination of training courses with outside vendors
  • Support capital & expense projects as needed

  • You have abachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical degree OR equivalent experience in a high speed/volume manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of maintenance reliability best practices
  • Ability to facilitate and coach root-cause and problem solving to recognize and improve negative equipment performance
  • You have proven success in previous maintenance leadership and managerial positions in a manufacturing environment
  • Preferred experience with CMMS systems (SAP)
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $95,700.00-$125,700.00(posting salary range) +15%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
