POSITION DETAILS
Title: Maintenance Planner
Pay Rate: $80.65/hr - $88.71/hr
Location: North Slope, Alaska
Contract Duration: 12 months
POSITION PURPOSE
The Maintenance Planner plays a critical role in supporting early operations at Pikka by developing detailed, execution-ready maintenance work packs in a dynamic and evolving environment. As a new asset entering startup, maintenance demand will be variable and often unpredictable, requiring disciplined planning, adaptability, and strong field engagement.
This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Scheduling to ensure maintenance work is fully scoped, technically aligned, and resource-ready prior to execution. The Planner will help establish structured planning processes, build standardized job plans, and capture lessons learned as systems stabilize.
The position will be based on the North Slope on a 2x2 schedule through startup, approximately six months, with the potential opportunity to transition to a town-based 9/80 schedule based on operational needs and performance. Regular field rotations would maintain strong engagement with onsite teams.
This opportunity is well suited for a candidate who thrives in early-stage operations and enjoys building systems and processes in a growing asset.
