We’re hiring in Trenton, NJ for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join a global manufacturing leader developing innovative heating, cooling, and transport solutions used around the world.

🔧 What you’ll do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. Your work will include:

• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, engines, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
• Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Fabricating and repairing parts using lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment
• Supporting equipment reliability through inventory management of parts and supplies
• Mentoring line mechanics and apprentices when needed
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

🛠 What we’re looking for

• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• (or 10+ years performing complex mechanical work)
• Strong experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints and install/maintain equipment
• A team player with a strong safety mindset
