The Maintenance Mechanic sets up, repairs, rebuilds, and installs production equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all products. This role serves as the primary technical leader on the shift, responsible for planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime due to equipment failures. The Maintenance Mechanic also supports operator training to help identify potential equipment issues and strengthen preventive maintenance practices.

Work Environment
This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule on B and D shifts, working from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., which provides extended off-days within the rotation. The position is based in a GMP-regulated food and beverage production facility, where cleanliness and safety standards are strictly maintained. On the production floor, no jewelry, makeup, or long nails are allowed to ensure product safety and compliance with GMP requirements. Attire is generally casual, provided it meets safety and GMP guidelines. You will work around high-speed production lines, liquid packaging equipment, conveyors, and automated systems, using a range of tools, test equipment, and computer-based systems to perform maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
