What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating at peak performance by working across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drives
  • Work hands‑on with low and high voltage electrical systems up to 480V and 3‑phase power
  • Diagnose issues with AC and DC motors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, controls, actuators, and power supplies
  • Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems including compressors, solenoids, logic circuits, and actuators
  • Perform fabrication and welding to support equipment repair and modification
  • Support HVAC systems to maintain consistent climate conditions
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • Assist with PLC troubleshooting and control system issues
  • Document maintenance work and communicate equipment status to the team
  • Follow safety standards in a food manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a well‑rounded maintenance professional with hands‑on industrial experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Strong background in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Experience working with 480V, 3‑phase electrical systems
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, sensors, and controls
  • Experience with pneumatic systems; basic hydraulics knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Preventive maintenance mindset
  • Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments is a plus

A boiler license is a plus. Training and certification support are available if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
