Job Title: Food Processing Production Mechanic
Job Description

The Food Processing Production Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing preventive maintenance on various equipment, machines, and facilities as needed in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain basic industrial electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machines.
  • Report equipment malfunction or breakdown and defective equipment to a supervisor promptly if unable to correct.
  • Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures during service and repair.
  • Use personal protective equipment as required.
  • Comply with rules and regulations set forth in the employee handbook, safety manual, and GMP booklet.
