We’re partnering with a well-established, food & beverage manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at a high-speed production facility.
This is not a desk role.
This is a plant-floor leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in execution, builds accountability within maintenance teams, and takes pride in driving uptime in a regulated manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Own:
● Full maintenance department leadership (mechanical, electrical, utilities, facilities)
● Preventive & predictive maintenance programs
● Downtime reduction and root cause initiatives
● Maintenance budgeting and capital project support
● Cross-functional partnership with Production & Plant Leadership
● Safety, GMP, and audit compliance
What We’re Looking For:
● 6+ years of maintenance leadership experience
● Food or regulated manufacturing background
● Strong mechanical & electrical foundation
● Proven ability to improve uptime and reliability
● Comfortable leading from the floor, not the office
