Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance operations for a large-scale industrial equipment manufacturer. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure the production facility runs at peak reliability, safety, and performance.

• Anticipate $100K-$135K (+/-), based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance team across shifts, overseeing repairs and training.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM programs.
• Use CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years industrial maintenance management; supervisory experience.
• Mechanical/electrical expertise; CMMS proficiency.
• Class K certification (or ability to earn)
• Heavy manufacturing experience ideal.
