The role will be responsible for general and routine maintenance and repair duties in the facility to ensure the building and equipment are operational, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
Once you complete your contract period of 480 hours, you become eligible for full-time employment, followed by a 60-day probationary period. The facility is air-conditioned and was newly built in 2018. It has undergone multiple expansions due to company growth. Employees enjoy independent workspaces. For those on the union side, benefits are fully paid, and there is an opportunity to join the union. Bi-annual performance reviews offer the chance for pay raises.
Work Environment
The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4 pm. The dress code requires PPE, including steel-toed boots, long pants, a t-shirt, and safety glasses. The team size is three, including the manager. The facility is temperature-controlled, brand new from 2017, with plans for additional expansion. It maintains a very clean environment in various parts of the facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.69 - $36.06/hr.
