Maintenance Electrician

Our client, a leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, in seeking multiple Controls Electricians to join their night shift team in Randleman, NC where your electrical expertise will keep high-speed manufacturing lines running at full power.You'll work with PLCs, industrial controls, microprocessor systems, and complex circuits to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plant equipment and facility systems.

Shift Availability: 8pm-8am

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
• Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
• Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with trade school or training
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and a basic understanding of NEC
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.
