Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator
We have 2 open positions for Maintenance Coordinators (2nd shift and 3rd shift) with prior technical (mechanical/electrical) experience, who will improve factory performance by increasing equipment availability, reducing breakdowns and mean time to repair through preventive and corrective maintenance. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance people on the shift and support them with troubleshooting in automation controls and mechanical systems as well as drive process improvements through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and facilitate root cause analysis for breakdowns and failures.
This position is located in Sikeston, MO.
The schedule follows a Monday–Friday workweek with the following available shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
There are two open positions. Occasional work outside of the standard schedule may be required. This role is eligible for overtime compensation.
