Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Account Management
- Serve as the main liaison between the client and Opensity Solutions, addressing requests and ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace
- Participate in weekly discussions with your leadership to share updates and support client goals.
Mail & Print Operations
- Sort, prioritize, and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail using postage equipment, including certified and registered mail.
- Conduct scheduled internal runs to ensure timely interoffice delivery.
Client Experience & Satisfaction
- Build strong client relationships through prompt responses, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workspace meets professional standards.
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and knowledge as an Office Services Associate – Mail.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of mailroom and client-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
