Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Account Management

  • Serve as the main liaison between the client and Opensity Solutions, addressing requests and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain a professional and organized workspace
  • Participate in weekly discussions with your leadership to share updates and support client goals.


Mail & Print Operations

  • Sort, prioritize, and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail using postage equipment, including certified and registered mail.
  • Conduct scheduled internal runs to ensure timely interoffice delivery.


Client Experience & Satisfaction

  • Build strong client relationships through prompt responses, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workspace meets professional standards.


Training & Development

  • Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and knowledge as an Office Services Associate – Mail.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of mailroom and client-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
