·ABILITY TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND CNC MACHINES

·RUN AND MAINTAIN CNC MACHINES OF VARIOUS TYPES

·KEEP UP WITH PRODUCTION NEEDS

·MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS OF MACHINED PARTS

·PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS.

·MANAGE KANBAN REPLENISHMENT & KEEP ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION.

·CRANE, FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

·ASSIST WITH TRAINING IN MTIT PROGRAM

QUALIFICATIONS

CERTIFICATION/DEGREE BUT CAN BE SUBSTITUED FOR YEARS OF WORK EXPERIANCE
VERIFIABLE TRANE MACHINING CERTIFICATION AT TIME OF POSTING.
5 YEARS OF CNC AND TOOLING
PRECISE MEASURING, CRANE, AND FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER SKILLS
DEMONSTRATED INTERACTION/COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED & ABLE TO MEET PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS WITH LITTLE SUPERVISON.
ABILITY TO OPERATE A CNC TURNING CENTER WITH OKUMA CONTROL.
MUST BE ADEPT IN PROGRAM EDITING & TROUBLE SHOOTINGOF MACHINING PROBLEMS
