Why Work Here?
You will join a clean, modern, and safety‑focused facility dedicated to high‑precision manufacturing and continuous improvement. The production environment is stable and structured, avoiding the stress of constant high‑mix, low‑volume job shop changes. You will have the opportunity to deepen your Swiss machining expertise and grow into setup, lead, or advanced Swiss roles as you develop. The culture emphasizes quality, reliability, and professional growth, providing a supportive setting for skilled machinists who take pride in producing critical, high‑precision components.
Work Environment
The role is based in a high‑precision, quality‑driven medical manufacturing environment that operates under FDA, ISO, and internal quality systems. You will work on modern CNC Swiss‑type lathes, including platforms such as Citizen, Tornos, Star, Tsugami, Miyano, and Hanwha, equipped with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls and multi‑axis capabilities. Daily work involves using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and optical comparators, as well as applying SPC and other statistical tools. The facility is clean, organized, and safety‑focused, with stable production work rather than high‑mix, low‑volume job shop conditions, providing a consistent and predictable workload in a professional manufacturing setting.
