• $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (shift dependent)
• 12‑hour shifts on a compressed schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Set up and operate automatic and semi‑automatic manufacturing equipment
• Run robotic assembly systems and traditional fabrication tools
• Load materials and remove finished products from production lines
• Perform basic troubleshooting and first‑level equipment maintenance
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth, consistent operation
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures

• 1+ year of recent machine operator experience in manufacturing
• Cleanroom experience is preferred
• Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Colorado Springs,CO.
