Job Description
The Filler Machine Operator runs filler machines and associated production equipment to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing. This role minimizes downtime by monitoring equipment performance, performing basic adjustments, and supporting changeovers while maintaining strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. The operator rotates between filling lines, completes required production documentation, and collaborates with leadership on troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that can include temperature extremes, noise, dust, wet conditions, and possible exposure to chemicals. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and hairnets is required and provided. The position is physically active and involves standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift. Multiple shift options are available: First Shift runs 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday, Second Shift runs 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday, and a Weekend Shift runs 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday through Sunday. The environment is structured, safety‑focused, and production‑driven, with clear procedures and expectations for performance and housekeeping.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
