What will you be doing?
- Attend all regularly scheduled shifts and be available for overtime hours as needed.
- Perform all assigned duties in a timely effort with integrity and strong effort.
- Always keep assigned work areas clean and sanitary while containing and reporting all workplace safety hazard or conditions.
- Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
- Good knowledge/understanding of Stamping process, Welding process.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Good knowledge/understanding of use of measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers, Gages)
- Good knowledge/understanding of Layered process audits
- To have experience with problem solving skills.
- Assist Quality Manager with IATF audits.
- Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Min of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/quality environment.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Good knowledge of stamping and welding processes.
- Ability to lift and pull up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery such as weld grinder or saw.
