Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean manufacturing plant that operates modern brake press, punch press, and laser equipment, including multiple brake presses used throughout the week. The standard schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering a four-day workweek. The dress code requires steel-toe footwear, jeans, and a t-shirt, suitable for a hands-on production setting. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and consistent use of measuring tools and production equipment while handling heavy stainless-steel materials.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
