Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description
This role operates a variety of fabrication equipment in a clean, organized metal distribution shop. You will run machines such as brake presses, miter saws, punch presses, and CNC mills, read and interpret blueprints, and support general shop activities including packaging and occasional forklift operation. The position requires consistent heavy lifting and the ability to switch between tasks in a small, flexible team environment.

The role is based in a smaller, clean, and well-organized metal distribution facility with a tidy shop floor and neatly arranged inventory. You will work around fabrication equipment such as brake presses, miter saws, punch presses, and CNC mills, and may occasionally use a forklift to move materials. The environment is flexible and team-oriented, with a focus on maintaining an orderly workspace and following safety practices. Employees can wear headphones and listen to music while working, but phone usage is not allowed during work time. The shop atmosphere is practical and hands-on, with a supportive, down-to-earth culture.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
