Job Description

We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team in the manufacturing and distribution of plastics supporting the postal, waste, and medical industries. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for running equipment that produces plastic bags or film.

Responsibilities

• Operate blowing film equipment efficiently.
• Run machines to produce plastic film and coloscopy bags.
• Learn and perform basic troubleshooting on machines, including shutting them off.
• Train on forklift operations, with no previous experience required.
• Ensure quality control and effective material handling.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Machine operation experience is a must.
• Comfortable with production and assembly processes.
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts and material handling.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, tape measures, CNC, press brakes, and calipers.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

$1-3 pay bump after 90 days, eligible for cheap benefits w/ full coverage, great work environment & annual profit sharing bonus! All of the work outside of chemical operation is not physical at all!

This is a fully onsite position in Hebron,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on May 11, 2026.
