Location: Broomfield, CO

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:15 AM – 3:45 PM ($22.75/hr)
• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM ($24.75/hr)

The Machine Operator will play a key role in daily production operations within the plastic injection molding shop. This position rotates through multiple responsibilities, including machine operation, plastic trimming, and product assembly, to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing.

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Perform plastic trimming and finishing of molded parts
• Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Perform basic hand‑tool tasks as required
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work in a warm manufacturing environment, especially during summer months

• Minimum 1+ year of machine operation or press operation experience
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability and willingness to work in a hot production environment during summer months
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomfield, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Broomfield,CO.
