This is a full-time remote role for an M&A Attorney. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing expert legal advice, conducting in-depth legal research, negotiating terms of agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advising on labor and employment aspects of acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions during and after transactions.

• Strong expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law, particularly within mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and counsel on complex transactions
• Proficient in conducting thorough Research and due diligence to support decision-making
• Exceptional Negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes in M&A transactions
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction
• 5+ years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate law
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively
