How you’ll make an impact in this roleKey Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Well-being: Contribute to patient assessment, ensuring the overall well-being of those under your care.
Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and closely monitor patients for any adverse reactions to treatments or medications.
Clinical Procedures: Execute laboratory tests and provide therapeutic services as ordered.
Patient and Family Education: Provide essential education to patients and their families regarding the disease treatment plan, encompassing self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available community resources, and necessary follow-up care.
