Work Environment
This position is field-based and primarily takes place in hospital and healthcare facilities, where strict attention to infectious control procedures and OSHPD requirements is essential. Work hours generally follow daytime shifts, typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional third-shift work depending on project and facility needs. You regularly travel to different job sites across regions such as SFV, SCV, Riverside, Eagle Rock, Santa Maria, Ventura, San Diego, Palmdale, and other locations, and you may stay in hotels for out-of-town assignments with per diem provided. The role is hands-on and physically active, involving use of hand tools, a 6-foot ladder, and low voltage installation equipment. Personal protective equipment is required on-site, including a hard hat, high-visibility vest, work boots, safety glasses, and gloves. A reliable vehicle capable of transporting materials and a 6-foot ladder is necessary, and mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policies. The environment emphasizes professionalism and a neat, polished appearance while working in sensitive healthcare settings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
