Advanced Diagnostics

Our advanced diagnostics offering includes comprehensive testing designed to deliver deep insights into your current health and future risks. Services include DEXA body composition and bone density scans, VO₂ Max and resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing, full-body MRI scans, biological age assessments, and early cancer detection screenings—all aimed at creating a precise, data-driven understanding of your body.


Therapeutic Services

Our therapeutic services are designed to proactively optimize performance, recovery, and longevity through targeted, evidence-based interventions. These include therapeutic plasma exchange, EBOO (ozone therapy), hyperbaric oxygen therapy, brain optimization treatments, peptide therapy, advanced IV infusions, as well as hormone and women’s health therapies—each tailored to support your unique biology and long-term health goals.

Longevity Technician

Extension Health is seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused Longevity Technician to support our diagnostic and therapeutic services. This is a highly visible, client-facing role within our concierge practice, requiring exceptional care, professionalism, and technical precision.

You will be responsible for operating diagnostic equipment, supporting peptide therapy services, and guiding patients through their experience, while ensuring a calm, clean, and welcoming clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities


Diagnostic and Therapeutics 

  • Perform DEXA scans (body composition and bone density)
  • Conduct VO₂ Max and resting metabolic rate testing
  • Administer grip strength testing
  • Operate hyperbaric oxygen chamber


Patient Experience Excellence 

  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience by educating patients on diagnostic testing and guiding them seamlessly through each service
  • Maintain a safe, supportive environment by prioritizing comfort, attentiveness, and responsiveness to individual patient needs throughout their care journey


Peptide Program Support

  • Provide clear, informed instruction on peptide usage and protocols to ensure patient confidence and adherence
  • Assist with peptide order preparation and fulfillment
  • Support peptide program coordination and organization


Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols, including radiation safety standards
  • Monitor and optimize equipment performance and scan accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks as instructed by Management


Data & Administration

  • Accurately document patient data, test results, and reports
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Support scheduling and coordination across all systems
  • Assist with administrative (phone, email, text support) and operational tasks as needed 


Clinical Collaboration

  • Partner with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care and reporting


Requirements
  • Experience operating DEXA, VO₂, RMR, and/or hyperbaric equipment (certification not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Interest in longevity, biohacking, and wellness
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy standards
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, Google Workspace, and/or Gladly
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows
