Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Shift Lead to oversee and manage forklift operators, ensuring efficient task execution and vehicle safety. Responsibilities include organizing work safety measures, conducting training for operators, and assisting in various tasks assigned by superiors. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in computer software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage forklift operators' daily activities, including task assignment and supervision of task execution.
- Organize and implement work safety measures, supervise safety protocols, and participate in accident handling procedures.
- Coordinating the material supply with production team based on needs.
- Monitor material storage levels and handling finish parts.
- Responsible for planning material handling processes and ensuring timely handling performance.
- Responsible for implementing rules, regulations, and related documentation for the warehouse.
- Responsible for sorting, recording, and managing empty containers, packaging materials, and waste.
- Regularly report on the maintenance, demand, and usage of company logistics equipment and packaging containers.
- Provide suggestions for packaging optimization.
- Assist the warehouse in managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, and carry out sorting, packing, handling, and loading/unloading operations in accordance with regulations.
- Clearly distinguish and handle qualified products, defective items, materials under inspection, and return materials during handling—avoiding any mix-up.
- Responsible for 5S maintenance, inspection, and related coordination in the operation area
- Other warehouse tasks assigned by supervisor or manager in order to maintain warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with demonstrated ability to manage.
- Proficiency in forklift operation, possessing a forklift operation certificate.
- Able to maintain the maintenance of forklift vehicles to uphold safety standards and vehicle performance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Direct experience in warehousing, shipping, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced computer software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00AM – 7:00PM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays and weekends as needed)
