What You’ll Do
- Process loan servicing tasks including shipping and document handling
- Review settlement statements and ensure accuracy
- Manage internal mailbox and documentation workflows
- Support reporting and maintain compliance with policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service levels
