Litigation Paralegal

Our personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a litigation caseload from filing through trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Manage litigation calendars and court deadlines
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Draft and respond to discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
• Prepare trial binders and exhibit lists
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and trial prep
• Maintain case management system accuracy

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of state civil procedure rules
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation files
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Experience with case management software (Filevine preferred)
