Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half is partnering with a national company seeking an In-House Litigation Paralegal for its legal department. This is a high-impact role working closely with the legal team, working in a non-billable environment. The position offers a base salary of up to $90,000 plus employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) and the hours are 9-5 pm, no billables!

Job Duties:

• Provide day-to-day support on commercial litigation matters
• Draft and review pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
• Manage case files, legal calendars, and track deadlines for hearings and depositions
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics
• Handle state and federal e-filing and ensure compliance with court procedures
• Communicate with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and third-party vendors

Requirements:

• 7+ years litigation experience, in law firm or in house legal department
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and case strategy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred
