We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal with exposure to insurance defense matters and large-scale document production in legal proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic legal team handling complex litigation matters in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal
  • Exposure to insurance defense matters preferred
  • Experience with large-scale document production and eDiscovery
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation cases
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
  • Manage large-scale document production, including collection, review, and organization
  • Coordinate and manage eDiscovery processes
  • Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination
  • Conduct legal research as needed
  • File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing)
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules
