Paralegal (Litigation) – Greenville, SC
Location: Greenville, SC (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time | 37.5-hour work week
Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000

We are working with a highly respected, growing top ranked law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation practice group in Greenville.

Note: This role is focused on complex, defense-side litigation. Candidates with primarily plaintiff-side experience (personal injury or workers’ compensation) will not be a fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assist with motions, pleadings, and litigation documents
- Support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and case materials for trial preparation
- Maintain case files, discovery indexes, and document organization
- Assist with e-filing in state and federal courts (as needed)
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and case logistics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in general litigation or commercial litigation environments preferred (construction litigation or mass tort experience is a plus)
- Experience supporting litigation matters from start to finish
- Exposure to drafting legal documents (motions, pleadings, etc.)
- Experience with trial preparation and organizing exhibits
- E-filing experience preferred (state and/or federal courts)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
