Litigation Paralegal

A well-established AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Labor & Employment practice in Collin County, TX. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience who enjoys litigation support, managing active case files, and working in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft routine legal correspondence and legal documents
• Collect, organize, and review records
• Assist with all phases of discovery
• Support trial preparation
• Manage complex files and deadlines
• Use Excel to analyze class/representative data and run calculations
• Work closely with attorneys and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• 3+ years of paralegal experience

• Labor & Employment or litigation experience
• Experience working with insurance companies and billing guidelines
• Familiarity with e-discovery software
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
