Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree in paralegal studies
3+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Paralegal certification in North Carolina preferred
Notary certification in North Carolina or ability to become one
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management software
