This role is built for defense paralegals who want to stay close to trial, take ownership of complex matters, and be trusted as part of the litigation strategy, not just execution.
The Work
- High‑exposure product liability defense (automobile, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer products, warranty, asbestos)
- Hands‑on trial preparation and in‑trial support
- Discovery, subpoenas, depositions, exhibits, medical chronologies
- State and federal filings; document analysis and review
- Active collaboration with trial attorneys from start to finish
