Litigation Paralegal (5+ Years Experience)

Lang Thal King & Hanson PC is seeking a litigation paralegal with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

This role is designed for someone who already has a solid foundation in litigation and is ready to take the next step—working more independently, developing judgment, and growing into a senior paralegal role over time.

• Draft and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Track and calculate deadlines in state and federal court matters
• Manage discovery and document production, including ESI
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
• Maintain organized case files and support attorneys across multiple active matters

• 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
• Demonstrated experience drafting litigation documents and managing case deadlines
• Working knowledge of Arizona and/or federal court procedures and timelines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
• Candidates should be comfortable working with limited supervision on routine litigation tasks

Construction or commercial litigation experience is a plus.
