Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a cutting-edge technology corporation headquartered in Austin in their search for a Temporary Case Manager. This visionary company is looking for a skilled case manager to provide assistance to attorneys and paralegals during consumer litigation including assisting with managing, evaluating, negotiating and settling cases. This is an onsite role located in Austin.


Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume litigation case files
  • Negotiate favorable resolution to matters on behalf of client in conjunction with attorneys and paralegals
  • Interact in a professional manner with internal stakeholders, attorneys and regulators
  • Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
  • Prepare for hearings, arbitration and mediation


Skills

  • Proven working experience as a litigation case manager
  • Strong computer skills included MS Office
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail

Key Details

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
  • Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
  • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
