Our Client, a well-established and highly collaborative litigation firm, is seeking multiple Attorneys (2+ years of experience) to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from start to finish (pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep)
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
- Take and defend depositions; handle written discovery
- Participate in court appearances and trials (second-chair opportunities)
- Collaborate directly with partners on case strategy and client communication
Qualifications
- J.D. + active California Bar license
- 2+ years of litigation experience (defense or plaintiff)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Some deposition and/or courtroom exposure preferred
- Ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
