An established law firm with decades of excellence serving the Milwaukee market is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Greater Milwaukee office.


Compensation


  • $120,000-180,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonuses with meaningful upside tied to origination and collections (DOE).

  • Complex litigation involving business, real estate, and trusts disputes.
  • Handle cases from inception to resolution.
  • Manage discovery, draft and argue motions, advise clients, negotiate with opposing counsel.
  • Flexible billable hour requirement.
  • Outstanding support staff (legal assistants and paralegals).


Requirements


  • 5+ years of litigation experience.
  • Wisconsin Bar Admission.
  • JD from accredited law school.
