Litigation Boutique Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional attorney with 3-12 years of litigation and trial experience to join our team. More senior applicants in this range would ideally be prepared to handle civil litigation matters through trial with support and strategic input from the firm; more junior applicants should be eager to develop the necessary skills and expertise to become a top-tier trial lawyer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the law, highly organized, detail-oriented, have a growth mindset, and be devoted to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships. through effective communication and advocacy.
- Mentoring junior attorneys and otherwise contribute to the firm’s growth and learning culture.
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.
- Engaging in comprehensive legal research, and preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Managing a diverse litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions, hearings, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado bar membership in good standing.
- 3-12 years of litigation experience. Ideally this includes civil litigation and direct trial experience, however we will consider applicants with strong trial experience in criminal or other areas, or civil litigators who are ready to develop their trial skills.
- Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
