About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative and growing legal team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation matters while partnering closely with experienced attorneys and serving a broad client base that includes businesses, municipalities, and other organisations.

This position is ideal for an attorney looking to take ownership of cases, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and further develop their practice within a supportive and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal analysis, advice, and strategic counsel to clients on a variety of litigation matters.
  • Guide clients through all stages of the legal process and help mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, reports, and recommendations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including:
  • Pleadings
  • Motions
  • Discovery requests and responses
  • Briefs
  • Position statements
  • Stipulations
  • Mediation materials
  • Assist with the preparation of expert reports and settlement negotiations.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal forums.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Conduct and defend depositions and participate in all aspects of trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality client service.
  • Participate in professional development, networking, speaking engagements, and industry events.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through writing, publishing, and educational presentations.



Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing.
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience handling matters in federal court is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws and court procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
