Litigation Associate

Firm Advice is searching for a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Tysons Corner office of a highly regarded boutique firm. The selected associate will support the firm’s commercial litigation practice, which handles a variety of cases including general business litigation, business torts, contractual disputes, and labor and employment disputes.

This is a great opportunity for mentorship from a supportive group of seasoned trial attorneys who are nationally recognized for their advocacy skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• J.D. from accredited law school; member in good standing of the Virginia Bar. Admission to Maryland and DC a plus.
• Four years plus (preferred) litigation experience handling complex matters, including strong familiarity with Virginia state and federal court rules and procedures; managing discovery production; depositions; and motions practice.
• A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise fashion.
