This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate with a readily established foundation within Commercial Litigation looking to work on complex, high-stakes commercial matters within a high-performing, Chambers ranked practice.
Requirements:
- Florida Bar admittance, and in good standing.
- J.D. from an accredited School of Law, with strong credentials.
- 3+ Yrs within Commercial Litigation, particularly within complex litigation, business torts, class actions etc.
- Strong litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, mediations.
- Strong written and oral advocacy.
- Law Clerkship in Federal Court is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.
