PBG is partnering closely a boutique firm in need of a mid-level litigation associate.
This is a majority women-owned, women-managed boutique firm started by former big law partners. PBG has worked with this firm since the firm's early days and has partnered with them in their strategic growth and hiring.
The firm is in need of a litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience in general litigation, including commercial, employment, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business litigation. The associate will manage and support all phases of complex civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
The partners at the firm are strong advocates and mentors and they offer a hybrid, flexible work environment. The litigation team consists of 10-12 attorneys and most matters are staffed in teams of 2-4 attorneys. At least 3 years litigation experience at a mid to large sized law firm is required.
Remote or hybrid position, preferably located in PA, NJ, MD, DC, or VA. All applicants must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where they are located.
