We have partnered with a national law firm in a search for an InsuranceLitigation Associate to join their litigation practice groupin Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent insurance policyholders in insurance disputes in a wide variety of coverage disputes including but not limited to: commercial general litigation, commercial property, commercial auto, class action lawsuit defense coverage, catastrophic first-party property losses, professional liability, environment and toxic tort claims, etc.
Review insurance policies
Analyze and counsel on insurance coverage issues
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Georgia
At least 2 years of experience in a large law firm environment
