• Transform production lines with expert setups and changeovers
• Keep motors, gearboxes, conveyors, fillers, cappers & labelers running like champions
• Perform preventive maintenance that stops problems before they ever wake up
• Jump into action to troubleshoot breakdowns with speed & skill
• Run in‑process quality checks like a true guardian of standards
• Spot early warning signs and solve them before they become big deals

🎯 What You Bring (Your Power Toolkit)

• 2+ years maintaining high‑speed manufacturing equipment
• Proven skill with machinery setup, packaging lines & production equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting instincts
• Experience replacing motors and gearboxes without breaking a sweat
• Ability to inspect machines/products with an eagle eye
• Bonus: Basic electrical skills like rewiring motors
• Extra Bonus: Experience in food, beverage, or high‑volume production

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO.

The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.50/hr.
